Returns & Cancellations

For vehicles, cancellations and changes are handled case‑by‑case before shipment or registration, in line with dealer and financing agreements.

For merchandise, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I reserve a vehicle?
Configure your vehicle, add it to cart, and complete checkout with a supported payment method. Our team will then contact you to confirm paperwork and delivery.

Which payment methods do you support?
We currently support cards (Visa/Mastercard) and mobile money options including MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M‑Pesa.

Do you handle registration and insurance?
Yes. For most markets we can assist with registration, number plates, and recommended insurance partners as part of the handover process.
